Faith Family Medical Center is honored to be the winner of the 2015 The Frist Foundation Team Building Award! The award would not be possible without our community partners Interfaith Dental Clinic Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy and countless community volunteers.

Faith Family’s application was based on our program called Diabetes Day. This award “recognizes organizations that most powerfully demonstrate how they’ve mobilized, trained, coordinated and made the most effective use of volunteers, staff, community allies including other agencies, or other human resources.”
