Sherry Mast

President & Chief Executive Officer
Sherry's hometown is Soddy Daisy, TN, but she's been in Nashville for more than 30 years now. A Lipscomb University graduate, she has spent 30+ years in the healthcare field, 19 of which were in management. She also worked for 5 years as a healthcare consultant. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at Tennessee Charitable Care Network and the Safety Net Consortium of Middle Tennessee. Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, two sons, Jack and Sam, and a new daughter-in-law, Amber. In her spare time she loves reading, traveling, and playing with her dogs, Zeke and Tilly.

Parker Panovec M.D.

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Panovec attended Lipscomb University before earning his medical degree from the College of Medicine at UT Health Science Center in Memphis. He joined FFMC after practicing outpatient medicine and wound care with The Jackson Clinic in Jackson, TN. Previously, Dr. Panovec practiced and taught both inpatient and outpatient family medicine at the University of Tennessee Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Panovec has been serving at Faith Family Medical Center since 2013, and currently serves as Interim-Co CEO and Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Panovec is married with two children and is actively involved in teaching at his church. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and staying active through sports, especially pickleball and tennis.

Bryan Jones

Chief Financial Officer
Bryan is originally from Rogersville, TN (upper East TN) but moved to Nashville after graduating college to start his career in public accounting. A graduate of University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Bryan started his career in public accounting for two different Big 4 firms before leaving to work in the health care industry. Most of his professional career was spent at Vanguard Health where he served as Vice President of Financial Reporting. Most recently, Bryan spent nearly 5+ years at Contessa Health, where he was Chief Financial Officer. In his spare time, Bryan enjoys gardening, golf, tennis, listening to music and spending time with family. Bryan's wife (Melanie) and he have 3 children (two in college and one in high school).

Jeff Parsley

Chief Development Officer
Hailing from Smithville, TN, Jeff has 35 years of experience in non-profits, a wealth of expertise, and a deep commitment to service. He has worked at the YMCA and previously for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. His career highlights include leading a $70M Comprehensive Development Campaign for the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and launching the South’s first IMPACT program for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Jeff has been recognized as AFP’s Fundraising Executive of the Year and received the YMCA’s National Eagle award for fundraising. He is deeply enriched by his wife, Michelle, and their six grandchildren.

Dianelis Torres LPN

Executive Director of Operations
Dianelis was born in Cuba, but has been in Nashville since she was 15. After obtaining her nursing degree in 2011, she started working for Faith Family and has one of our essential, incredible nurses ever since. When she's not busy taking care of patients, she enjoys reading magical realism novels, spending time outdoors with her family and friends, and growing tropical plants with her husband.

Mike Sapp

Director of Business Intelligence and Human Resources
Mike serves as Director of Business Intelligence and Human Resources at Faith Family Medical Center, where he leads the organization's data strategy and its people strategy, two functions he sees as inseparable in a mission-driven clinic. He builds the reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled tools that help FFMC measure and expand access to care for uninsured and underinsured Tennesseans, and he shapes the policies, hiring practices, and workplace culture that make that care possible. His path runs from clinical laboratory operations through defense strategy to information technology, giving him an unusual ability to connect what happens in the exam room to what shows up in the data. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mike brings a deep commitment to service and lifelong learning. Outside the office, he is a devoted husband to Rosie and a proud father to three amazing kids. He and his family enjoy exploring new adventures together and staying active in their local community. Mike believes in the power of strong relationships and using technology to create a more compassionate, connected world.

Andrea Djabi

Clinical Director
Originally from Venezuela, she was born and raised there before moving to the United States in 2002 with her parents and younger brother. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Cumberland University and has been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care throughout her nursing career. She has been a valued member of Faith Family since 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, watching movies, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors

Dee Dee Edwards

Physician Assistant
Dee Dee grew up in a military family stationed in LA, FL, and AK. She received her BS in Nutrition from the University of Florida and MS in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. She was a registered dietitian before becoming a PA. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter, and enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies, and corny jokes.

Megan Huwe

Physician Assistant
Megan, her husband, and two children moved to Nashville from Columbus, Georgia. She grew up in Mississippi, attended Mississippi College, and received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Sciences in Philadelphia. In Georgia, she worked at MercyMed of Columbus, a clinic very similar to ours, and has stated that she feels that helping others is her calling. Because of her love for God, mission work, and caring for others, she was the perfect fit for our team, and we can't wait to see her use her gifts to change lives just like you all do.

Carolyn Williams

Physician Assistant
Carolyn hails from Columbus, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2004, and her Master’s Degree in Science and Medicine from Trevecca in 2007. In her spare time Carolyn enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Carly Prentice

Nurse Practitioner
Carly grew up in a military family, but has claimed Nashville as home since 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Prior to starting at Faith Family, she completed a 3 month nursing residency in the Central Province of Kenya through the Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health. In her free time, Carly enjoys running, climbing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Elizabeth Netsch

Nurse Practitioner
Elizabeth was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and works at Faith Family on a part time basis. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences in 1993. She received her graduate degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2002. Elizabeth enjoys running, knitting, cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.

Liz Threlkeld

Nurse Practitioner
Liz grew up in Oostburg, Wisconsin. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2003. Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Her favorite pastimes are reading, running, spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts and sewing.

Lauren Clanton PMHNP-BC

Behavioral Health Nurse Practioner
Lauren is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee. She started her nursing career as a certified nurse aide at the Johnson City Medical Center, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University, then moved here to Nashville to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated in 2012. She has worked in the psychiatric hospital, nursing home, hospice, and primary care settings over the last 10 years. She is duly certified as an adult/gerontological primary care nurse practitioner and a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and is excited to be fully focused on taking care of patients' behavioral healthcare needs here at Faith Family! Lauren and her husband Greg enjoy yoga, hiking, amateur rock climbing, and playground, library, and museum exploration with their two young children, Harvey and Gwendolyn.

Maggie Myers MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC. 

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Maggie Myers is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (across the lifespan) committed to providing individualized and compassionate mental health care for her patients. She is originally from Memphis, TN and moved to Nashville in 2022 after graduating from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Maggie received her Master of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University and began at Faith Family Medical Center as a student under Lauren Clanton, FFMC's other behavioral health nurse practitioner. Maggie's clinical approach blends evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy and holistic strategies. She has a diverse background in mental health care including outpatient mental health, ketamine therapy, TMS, and eating disorder recovery (RTC, PHP, and IOP). Maggie works collaboratively with patients to better understand their mental health condition, build personalized strategies for healing, promote resilience, and foster hope in their current struggles. In her free time, she enjoys reading, yoga, gardening, and beekeeping. She also enjoys volunteering around her community with her certified therapy dog, Fletch. 

Heather Bumbalough, RDN

Director of Journey to Wellness
Heather Bumbalough, originally from West Liberty, Ohio, has a strong background in health and wellness. Her first job as a Dietary Aide in a nursing home sparked her passion for nutrition and service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics with a minor in Chemistry from Ashland University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Heather became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2014, passed the National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) exam in 2017, and became a Tobacco Treatment Specialist (TTS) in 2023. Her previous roles include Health Coach positions at TriStar Health and Onlife Health. She also served on the Board of the Nashville Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As the Director of Journey to Wellness at Faith Family Medical Center, Heather combines her passions for individual health coaching, nutrition education, and community service. . She is committed to making nutrition accessible and fostering a supportive environment for patients to achieve their health goals.

Benita Sanchez

Bilingual Registered Nurse
Benita is a Nashville native and Middle Tennessee State University graduate. She has been taking excellent care of our patients at FFMC since 2014. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. When she's not at work, she takes care of her four wonderful children, enjoys reading, shopping, and cheering on the Nashville Soccer Club.

Jakelin Dominguez

Referral Specialist
Jackie joined Faith Family in 2019 as a Medical Assistant and Front Office Associate. She quickly jumped in to help the nurses as much as she could and continues to be a great addition to our team. She loves to hike waterfalls, play sports, and read. She has a Doberman and German Shepherd she loves very much and enjoys spending time with her family.

Valeria Ochoa

Medical Assistant / Tennessee Breast and Cervical Program Coordinator
Valeria is originally from Venezuela and earned her Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology and Master's degree in Biomolecular Diseases from Lipscomb University. As a Medical Assistant and Program Coordinator for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Program, she is dedicated to supporting patients through their care journey and helping ensure access to essential screening and services. Outside of work, she enjoys music, singing, and reading.

Devany Vasquez

Medical Interpreter/ Medical Assistant
Devany is a Nashville native, born to Venezuelan parents, who graduated from the University of Chicago with bachelor's degrees in economics and psychology. She plans to pursue further education with the goal of becoming a physician, as she's very passionate about supporting patients and serving her community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her nieces, walking her dog, and playing rugby.
Pharmacy Staff

Sarah Uroza

Pharm.D
Sarah is from Jonesboro, Arkansas. She graduated from University of Central Arkansas before completing her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2008. As an Associate Professor for Lipscomb University's Department of Pharmacy Practice, Sarah has managed our on-site pharmacy service and Patient Assistance Program with her pharmacy students since 2015. In addition to teaching multiple classes, she is also the chapter advisor for the American Pharmacist Association-Academy of Student Pharmacists. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her husband, Carlos, and son, Luke.

Ana Solis

Patient Assistance Program Coordinator
Ana is a Nashville native who graduated from Hillsboro High school in 2017. She is currently at Lipscomb University pursuing her Business Management Degree. Outside of work you can find her on the pickleball courts or at a dog park with her dog Oso.

Yelitza Fernandez Bianchi

Front Office Supervisor
Yelitza was born in Venezuela and she arrived in the United States in October 1996. She has three beautiful daughters who are her pride. She has been a very hardworking mother and daughter and proud of the person she is now. In Venezuela, she had her own food truck preparing and selling Venezuelan food. She has been part of Faith Family since 2022 and takes great pleasure in working here and helping many people.

Marlyn Madriz

Front Desk Associate
Marlyn was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and moved to the United States in 2024 to begin a new chapter in her life. She worked at Wingstop, first as a Shift Leader and later as a Manager, gaining valuable leadership, teamwork, and customer service experience. In September 2025, Marlyn joined Faith Family, where she continues to grow professionally and personally. Outside of work, she enjoys anime, reading, and spending quality time going out with her family.

Bryan Castorena

Director of Operations
Bryan moved to Nashville with his family when he was five years old. He was a part of the Health Science and Law Academy at McGavock High School and studied at Middle Tennessee State University. Bryan brought to Faith Family five years of customer service training and experience from the retail industry and is thankful to put his skills to use helping our patients and building relationships with them. He is fluent in both Spanish and English which is a tremendous gift for our Hispanic patients. Bryan loves spending time with his family, has a precious newborn son, and is an anime fanatic with One Piece being his favorite show.

Angela Bryan

Grants and Data Process Manager
Angela, a longtime community non-profit administrator with more than 25 years’ experience in fundraising and data management, joined FFMC in February 2026. With a BA in Sociology from Western Kentucky University, she has served nonprofits in Nashville and beyond including Renewal House, St. Luke’s Community House, FiftyForward, and Harpeth Conservancy. She lives in Kingston Springs, where she grew up and raised her twin daughters.

Lillie Grace Ellenburg

Events and Annual Giving Manager
Lillie Grace is a Nashville native and Lipscomb University graduate, she brings an entrepreneurial background to her role at Faith Family, having previously owned and operated her own business. She enjoys creating meaningful events that connect people with Faith Family’s mission. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family and friends and traveling.
