President & CEO Position Summary: The President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic and operational leadership to fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, and values. The CEO directs the overall operations of the organization, partnering closely with the executive leadership team and in accordance with policies and objectives established by the governing Board, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care; financial stewardship; regulatory compliance; and a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence. This gifted leader is a person of Christian faith.
