Our patients are not just medically vulnerable but economically so as well. According to the 2014 annual patient survey, 20% of Faith Family patients earn less than $10,000 annually, 33% earn between $10,000 and $20,000 per year, 22% earn between and $20,000 and $30,000 annually, and 6% did not respond. The remaining 15% earn more than $30,000 per year. This patient population does not have the financial resources to afford the cost of wellness services elsewhere.

How Can I Help?

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

By far the largest source of giving is individual donors. There are a lot of ways to make an impact on the lives of hardworking Middle Tennesseans and every donation, both large and small, counts.

$2,500 Provides funds to operate the clinic for one day (Gift of a Day)
$1,200 Provides breast and cervical screenings for 45 women
$800 Provides quarterly diabetic visits for eight patients
$500 Provides five Journey to Health nutrition classes for ten patients
$260 Provides ten hypertensive patients with annual screenings
$111 Provides one month of counseling sessions for one patient
Any Amount provides hope and healing every day
